At pentad feet nine inches tall, with entire hips, short legs, a comb-over hairstyle, and a Charlie Chaplin soup-strainer mustache, he looked much like a comic figure, than a man who had coercive authority over the lives of millions.         Adolph Hitler is a leader because he had a vision, followers, and the right persona. Hitlers vision was to create a world of anti-Semitism and eliminate every ane whom were different from him. His main polish was to conquer the world. His personality was horrible. Hitler would pretend that he was angry with one of his subordinates just to see their frightened reaction. In other words, he used his power as a form of sport for himself. He was also very arrogant. When he made shameful decisions, during the war, he rejected those that pointed out his flaws in his maneuvers a nd refused to change his mind. He would ult! imately lead himself to destruction. His followers were more scared of him then they respected him. They werent told why they should obey, they were just told to obey.

If they didnt, they would be considered to be an enemy. Therefore, they would be punished. His soldiers didnt even know themselves what they were really getting into. Although, they were joining voluntarily, they would be under pressure to join. There was no employment and it showed that they readiness be against Hitler. Majority of these soldiers was teenagers who knew nothing about politics. Hitler was leader because of his power and pers onality.         Hitler changed society because he had spread death as no person has done in modern history. Have no pity! Act brutally! He told his soldiers. He vaporous tens of thousands of those who opposed him to be executes, and hundreds of thousands to be thrown into prison.
